There is a proven and repeatable path to success and in this show that's exactly what Drew teaches you how to do. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. You don't have to start from scratch, if there's something you want to achieve someone has done it before or someone has done something similar in another industry. All you have to do is follow the path to success that is clearly paved for you. In this show we'll go over just a few simple steps to help you get there. For example the very first thing you need to do is decide what it is you want. Sounds too simply, no? The fact is, you won't be able to follow any other steps if you don't have the first one down. After you decide you come up with a plan, after the plan you find an accountability partner, mentor and or coach. From there we need to follow the path, stick with the plan and what may be the most challenging, we need patience. We need to give our plan time to develop which almost always takes longer than expected.

Dr. Trent Mozingo grew up on a small farm in Southeastern Indiana where he learned the hard work that goes into raising food from the ground up. With a large garden, farm-raised beef, pork, and chicken eggs, his family always had home-cooked meals that were raised on the farm. Growing up, Dr. Mozingo never knew the value of his childhood education until he began his pursuit of becoming a chiropractor at Palmer College of Chiropractic. There he learned how the human body works, and he applied his childhood education to understand how food plays an important role in keeping the body working at its best. Dr. Mozingo wrote his first book, The Weight Is Over, to help people understand the inner-workings of the human body and to help them take control of their own health. With great detail and reader-friendly analogies, The Weight Is Over takes the reader on a journey to build an understanding of how their health came apart, and how they can put it back together. |

What may sounds like common sense to some, isn't for others. In this show I talk about being a good person, simply because I think we can all do a better job at positively contributing to making this world a better place. Holding a door open for someone, not being such a rush that you're only thinking about yourself every time you get behind the wheel. Saying please and thank you, are all ways to make this world a better place no matter how small or insignificant it sounds. I share a story of a homeless person that rejected my help, and then I share a couple more stores of how we fed a homeless person and gave some money to another and they were more then grateful. We can all do something small each day to make this world a better place and contribute to being a good person. I hope this show help shine some light on that. |

No it's not easy to wake up at 4am but that's what the rise and grind is all about. Consider waking up a bit earlier, consider the benefits of what it's like to get after it while everyone else is sleeping. It reminds me of a famous quote from Thomas Jefferson. He said, if you want something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done. The truth is, most people aren't willing to put themselves in such a difficult situation to get what they want. Find a way to be more productive, get up while everyone is sleeping, not having to worry about someone texting you early or answer email after email because no on is emailing you back, they're sleeping! In this show we talk about why we decided to get up at 4am and all the benefits we've found so far! |

There really is an Art to Reciprocation. Some may feel like it's common sense, but it's really not. Most people don't reciprocate for many reasons. Maybe they don't know how, maybe they don't know they aren't. Maybe they don't know they're in a one way relationship and can't figure out why they have issues developing life long friends or why they struggle with co-workers or business relationships. Reciprocation comes in many forms and it shows up in every day life no matter where you look. My point is, we need to reciprocate. We need to stop only thinking of ourselves and consider how someone else is doing, what they day is like and how we can help improve their day as well as ours. Friends, family, intimate relationships, business connections...whatever you're looking to improve when it comes to a relationship, consider reciprocation at the root cause. We are either reciprocating or we aren't. |

Stephen graduated from Yorkville University with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in April 2014 and has been Certified in Brainspotting since November 2016. Stephen is on a quest to help patients heal fully to allow them to thrive, not just survive. I started this whole, wild ride because I was just searching for ways to improve and protect my family’s health (something I’m sure everyone can relate to). Before I knew it I was elbow deep, sifting through media fear mongering, false advertising, fad diets, and a nauseating amount of just plain stupid advice. What I needed more than anything was someone to shoot it to me straight, someone to actually help! And so instead of looking for her, I become her. I couldn’t have known then how much of a health nerd I would turn into, how amazing I would find the design of the human body for optimal health, or how obsessed I would become in helping others build lifestyles (and legacies) that make them truly happy and healthy. So that’s me! You can expect me to be consistent in sharing useful and simple information. You can count on my excitement and dedication in motivating you in exactly the ways you need. You can trust that I am results oriented, and strategic towards giving you a life of freedom (and fun!). When I’m not totally geeking out on gut health topics, you can find me camping in the Rocky Mountains with my husband of 21 years and our two fantastic kids. |

Tommy’s mission in life is to empower individuals and business leaders to rediscover their brilliance, achieve meaning, balance and true happiness in life without compromising their financial success. His work and legacy are to provide humans with the tools and skills to become the person they've always dreamed of being. Beginning with Deloitte, Tommy achieved 20 years of business notoriety and financial success as a large firm financial consultant. However, he was unfulfilled, had lost balance and filled with unhealthy amounts of stress because he felt trapped in a prestigious career. Tommy felt forced to make decisions out of fear and scarcity instead of abundance. He felt like he did not have a choice. His experiences led him to found Choose Goodness, a movement encouraging individuals and business organizations to search for unmet human needs that create transformational impact on themselves, their business, and society at large. Both Tommy and Choose Goodness provide both the rational and emotional perspectives to the strategic and financial decision-making process

Glenn Livingston, Ph.D. is a veteran psychologist and was the long time CEO of a multi-million dollar consulting firm which has serviced several Fortune 500 clients in the food industry. Glenn has sold $30,000,000 of marketing consulting services over the course of his career. You may have seen his (or his company’s) previous work, theories, and research in major periodicals like The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Sun Times, The Indiana Star Ledger, The NY Daily News, American Demographics, or any of the other major media outlets you see on this page. You may also have heard him on ABC, WGN, and/or CBS radio, or UPN TV. Disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals, Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating via work with his own patients AND a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food. |

I am a life long resident of Red Deer and over my life span I have worked for a corporation, owned small businesses and been involved in several non profit boards. I have been married to my wife Cindy for 35 years and had 4 children, John my oldest then James, Stephanie and Lindsey. The Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce has been my job for the last 14 years in my role as manager of membership & community relations. Our lives were turned upside down with the loss of our youngest daughter Lindsey. Lindsey took her life 2 years ago at the age of 22 suffering from depression, an illness we never knew she battled. I have been down a road no parent ever wants to go down and on this journey I am trying to learn about mental health and depression. After Lindsey’s death Cindy and I started a self-directed endowment fund in honor of our amazing daughter. November of 2015 we started Smiles Thru Lindsey Foundation to raise funds for mental health in our youth. In the short 2 years the foundation has raised close to $250,000 from many fund raising events that have been created by our business community. We will continue to finance programs that will impact our youth that have suffered this illness alone because of the many stigmas surrounding this topic. Recently we have given $10,000 to the Catholic Schools for mental Health First Aid and just yesterday donated $10,000 to public schools for resources to help students from K- Grade 5. I will continue to advocate the Government to implement and direct health care dollars to mental health.
