However there are things that we can control. There are situations we can put ourselves in to improve our emotions and overall state of being.

These small steps will put control back into your life. Focus on your mind set, the things that you can do instead of what you can't.

And take it one step at a time. It's a rough ride, but we're all hoping it'll be over soon!
