What may sounds like common sense to some, isn't for others. In this show I talk about being a good person, simply because I think we can all do a better job at positively contributing to making this world a better place. Holding a door open for someone, not being such a rush that you're only thinking about yourself every time you get behind the wheel. Saying please and thank you, are all ways to make this world a better place no matter how small or insignificant it sounds. I share a story of a homeless person that rejected my help, and then I share a couple more stores of how we fed a homeless person and gave some money to another and they were more then grateful. We can all do something small each day to make this world a better place and contribute to being a good person. I hope this show help shine some light on that. |

No it's not easy to wake up at 4am but that's what the rise and grind is all about. Consider waking up a bit earlier, consider the benefits of what it's like to get after it while everyone else is sleeping. It reminds me of a famous quote from Thomas Jefferson. He said, if you want something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done. The truth is, most people aren't willing to put themselves in such a difficult situation to get what they want. Find a way to be more productive, get up while everyone is sleeping, not having to worry about someone texting you early or answer email after email because no on is emailing you back, they're sleeping! In this show we talk about why we decided to get up at 4am and all the benefits we've found so far! |

In this show we're going to talk about how to Ride the Motivation Wave because the truth is, motivation isn't always there. We need to ride the wave and let momentum carry us forward when motivation is high. This is the best time to get things done, it's the best time to set goals, and make them happen. How about being productive at work or set your sights on something you've never done. We all know what it's like to feel extra motivated, and if you're lacking motivation this show can help offer tips and suggestions to help you out! |
