Holli Mack is a kettlebell sport athlete, coach and movement enthusiast. She attended Red Deer College, attaining her General Kinesiology Diploma as well as the CSEP- CPT certification (Canadian society for exercise physiology, certified personal trainer). She has been working full time in the fitness industry for 5 years. Training a wide variety of clients from elite athletes to older individuals trying to regain mobility and movement. Holli is very passionate about all her clients goals and isn’t completely satisfied until they are. The Holiday Season is a stressful time of year, it's not exactly magical for everyone. We have finances, food, family and more all that stress us out. So we thought we'd sit down, in this live facebook video and talk about how to Reduce Holiday Stress. There are many things we can do to reduce stress at this time of year. Unfortunately, many of us are too stressed out to do any of it. In this show we talk about keeping your healthy routines and how you are developing unhealthy ones right now. Tanya West went through Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at age 30 after years of being sick and not knowing what was wrong and also had skin cancer 3 times. After losing her mom to breast cancer a year later she started taking many health courses to gain more knowledge to not only help her but also to help others live healthier lives. Her hope is to inspire others and let them know that they don’t need to wait for tragedy to realize just how strong they are; be the strong person they can be today. Go for their goals, do their research and ask lots of questions. She believes that there is only 1 person that can change our lives...and that is YOU! In this show Drew Taddia, interviews Tanya on how you can reduce stress in your life, and 3 simple tips that can change your life for the better.
