My name is Caroline Collins, some may call me CC, and I originally am from the countryside of western Massachusetts. After being physically attacked and fearing my life 10 years ago, I realized I knew nothing about how to use my body to protect myself. I sought after a martial art and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu found me. After completing my Master’s in Science Education, I moved out to California from Massachusetts to train with the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor and world champion athlete, Cobrinha, and simultaneously start my career in my other passion: nutrition science education. My aim was to teach people how to live healthier and happier in their bodies through conscious existence and natural nutrition. After five years of teaching, serving as a teaching fellow for the National Science Foundation, I left my job as the science department chair in LAUSD, to train and compete Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu full-time and to start a health food business that provides natural nutrition to athletes. That small business brought me to larger current business and the full-time athletic pursuit brought me to now, teaching fitness through applied, scientific, and strategic knowledge. I also design and create nutrition programs for clients, with various needs and lifestyles. My goal is for my clients to feel beautiful and look beautiful with confidence, strength, and technique. Along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I have been training Capoeira for 6 years, an Afro-Brazilian Martial Arts. I also have trained Yoga for 17 years, Snowboarding for over 20 years, and just overall athlete. Accomplishments: |

All the while, our desk is cluttered, our car had garbage on the floor, we don't have dedicated rooms to do anything. In this show I talk about how to organize our life for success. How to do the little things that'll make a big difference. What are we surrounding ourselves with, what do we see and hear. We are we hanging out with and how to make a change in our lives. |
