A few tips to get the show started:
So here’s what happens – we get inspired, we start working out, maybe even on a regular basis, but we don’t know what we’re doing or what our next step will be. So our inspiration doesn’t last. So plan ahead.
· Find a professional
· A class
· Go to the gym with a purpose
So first of all, don’t have to go to a gym
Do something you enjoy, from yoga studio to a hike – with warmer weather
· Get outside
· Incorporate exercise in to family time – don’t take away exercise from family time
