The truth is Fads, Fasts and Cleanses and don’t work. If they did everyone would join a fad and it would work and we’d all be happy and healthy and be at our ideal weight. The problem is, we love the idea of a quick fix.

Try something like a weekend fast to drop a few inches can do more damage than good. If it works that first time we’re in even more trouble because then all we’ll do is a weekend fast instead of pay attention to what we’re putting in our body all the time.

There are benefits to some fasts if you’re doing it for the right reasons. It’s important to figure out what you want out of a fast, what you’re doing it and question what the best way to achieve your goal is.

Tune it to find out real results that are sustainable and lasting, which is much different than a quick fad, fast or cleanse.

Many people deal with breathing issues in some way, which more directly is the respiratory system. This is why this is a great show to learn about how you can improve the air quality in your home and how you can open up your lungs so you can breath more deeply.
