The 4 Agreements is one of my favourite books. It offers incredibly life lessons that we could all use to live by that will without question improve our quality of life.
In this episode Drew shares his perspective on each agreement and how they've changed his life for the better in different ways.
Starting with the first agreement: Be Impeccable with your word. It's just want you say but what you think about yourself and others.
Agreement number 2: Don't take anything personally. A difficult task without question but one that can be improved on over time and practice.
The Third agreement is, don't make any assumption. We have no idea what other people are going through in their lives. It's always a good idea to avoid making assumptions.
And finally the fourth agreement: Always do your best. Without question, how you do one thing is how you do everything. So strive to do your best no matter what it is that you're doing.

Mark Minichiello, is the Head Coach and Program Administrator for the LA Road Runners since 2017, the official training program of the Los Angeles Marathon.
Mark is a Boston marathon qualifier, New York marathon qualifier and Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star finisher. Mark has completed over twenty-five marathons on four continents.
Coaching History & Philosophy
In 2016, TEAM PAWS, a national charity selected Mark as their training coach overseeing their 550 plus marathon athletes nationwide for the Chicago and New York City Marathons.
Mark goal over the course of his running career has been to inspire other athletes. He believes training is 30% percent physical and 70% percent mental. It is his job to define the objective of his athletes, analyze their results and provide constructive feedback.
As a coach, he provides the athlete with this expertise by explaining the “why” with the goal of empowering the athlete to train optimally. He tries to instill the power of belief, so when his athletes are truly tested, they believe in their ability to accomplish their goal. Mark believes this approach will sustain them in their darkest moments when they want to quit, but won’t!

There is a proven and repeatable path to success and in this show that's exactly what Drew teaches you how to do. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. You don't have to start from scratch, if there's something you want to achieve someone has done it before or someone has done something similar in another industry.
All you have to do is follow the path to success that is clearly paved for you. In this show we'll go over just a few simple steps to help you get there.
For example the very first thing you need to do is decide what it is you want. Sounds too simply, no? The fact is, you won't be able to follow any other steps if you don't have the first one down.
After you decide you come up with a plan, after the plan you find an accountability partner, mentor and or coach.
From there we need to follow the path, stick with the plan and what may be the most challenging, we need patience. We need to give our plan time to develop which almost always takes longer than expected.

Ariel Garten is probably one of the most interesting people you will meet. She is a Neuroscientist, psychotherapist, mom, former fashion designer, and the female founder and visionary of an amazing and highly successful tech start-up Muse.
Muse tracks your brain during meditation to give you real-time feedback on your meditation, guiding you into the "zone" and solving the problem most of us have when starting a meditation practice- letting you know when you are doing it right.
When she is not reading brains (literally) or investing in, inspiring and advising other start-ups and women in biz, you can find her on stages across the world, from TED to MIT to SXSW, inspiring people to understand that they can accomplish anything they want by learning what goes on in their own mind.
Ariel is also the co-host of the Untangle Podcast.

Dr. Trent Mozingo grew up on a small farm in Southeastern Indiana where he learned the hard work that goes into raising food from the ground up. With a large garden, farm-raised beef, pork, and chicken eggs, his family always had home-cooked meals that were raised on the farm.
Growing up, Dr. Mozingo never knew the value of his childhood education until he began his pursuit of becoming a chiropractor at Palmer College of Chiropractic. There he learned how the human body works, and he applied his childhood education to understand how food plays an important role in keeping the body working at its best.
Dr. Mozingo wrote his first book, The Weight Is Over, to help people understand the inner-workings of the human body and to help them take control of their own health. With great detail and reader-friendly analogies, The Weight Is Over takes the reader on a journey to build an understanding of how their health came apart, and how they can put it back together.
