We're starting a 10 day vegan challenge this will be in the form a private group detox. In this show I talk about why I decided to try vegan for a 10 days, which turned into a little more than two weeks at the time this show was recorded. It's fun to try new things, be a part of a group and work towards different avenues of a healthy lifestyle. So I thought, why not welcome others to try our 10 day vegan challenge.

Stop doing what's holding you back was such a significant lesson in my life. Stop wasting time with things you don't want to do and you'll change your life.

Sometimes we think we need to do thing, we feel like we have to do things, especially thing things we dislike in life. It could be in our personal life, most likely in our business life, but it really doesn't matter where. Once we stop doing the things we'd rather not do, the world will open it's arms for us.

There's many things that happen in life that causes us to feel like we shouldn't be happy. We're having a great day but all the while thinking, what bad is going to happen next. We think we want something really bad but our actions don't take us toward that goal which makes me think, at least on a deeper level, we don't believe it's okay to be happy.

So here’s what happens – we get inspired, we start working out, maybe even on a regular basis, but we don’t know what we’re doing or what our next step will be. So our inspiration doesn’t last. So plan ahead.

·         Find a professional

·         A class

·         Friends

·         Go to the gym with a purpose

So first of all, don’t have to go to a gym

Do something you enjoy, from yoga studio to a hike – with warmer weather

·         Get outside

·         Sports

·         Bike

·         Run

·         Kids

·         Incorporate exercise in to family time – don’t  take away exercise from family time

The phone is absolutely without a doubt the biggest waste of time for not only myself but likely society as a whole.

We check our phone for no reason, we flip through news feeds at the traffic lights, we are so glued to our phones we don't know what's going on around us.

At least for me, my phone is an endless waste of time.

Results are born outside of your comfort zone because when we become complacent, when we do the same activities, when we eat the same foods, day in and day out our body adapts to what we're doing. This is where muscle confusion comes in. We need to continue to change our methods so our body continues to stay confused which is where we find most of our results.
