Glenn Livingston, Ph.D. is a veteran psychologist and was the long time CEO of a multi-million dollar consulting firm which has serviced several Fortune 500 clients in the food industry. Glenn has sold $30,000,000 of marketing consulting services over the course of his career.

You may have seen his (or his company’s) previous work, theories, and research in major periodicals like The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Sun Times, The Indiana Star Ledger, The NY Daily News, American Demographics, or any of the other major media outlets you see on this page. You may also have heard him on ABC, WGN, and/or CBS radio, or UPN TV. Disillusioned by what traditional psychology had to offer overweight and/or food obsessed individuals, Dr. Livingston spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating via work with his own patients AND a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Most important, however, was his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison to a normal, healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food.

Erin Wathen (WATH- EN) is holistic health coach, food abuse counselor and author of Why Can’t I Stick to My Diet? : How To End The Food Drama. Originally from the West Coast, Erin worked in human resources in NYC for many years.

As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and a Food Addiction Counselor (INFACT), Erin understands the science behind health. As a Certified Spinning® Instructor (STAR 3), Vinyasa Yoga instructor (200 Hour) and Classical Pilates instructor, she understands the mechanics of health as well. Fortunately,
she also knows how to break it all down into everyday talk for her clients.

Despite her wealth of knowledge on diet and exercise, Erin was not at peace with her body. She found true nutrition to be the missing piece of the puzzle. She was always on a diet and yet never reached her goal weight. Through a lot of trial and error, Erin found her last diet, which became her food plan and the basis of her book Why Can’t I Stick to My Diet? The book is currently available online at
Amazon and will be available in bookstores November 2018.

Her philosophy simply put: Health isn’t a number on the scale or how often we exercise, but our lives as a whole. She partners with her clients to work on solutions that fit into their lifestyle, empowering them to live their healthiest life in our crazy world.

I am a life long resident of Red Deer and over my life span I have worked for a corporation, owned small businesses and been involved in several non profit boards. I have been married to my wife Cindy for 35 years and had 4 children, John my oldest then James, Stephanie and Lindsey. The Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce has been my job for the last 14 years in my role as manager of membership & community relations. Our lives were turned upside down with the loss of our youngest daughter Lindsey.

Lindsey took her life 2 years ago at the age of 22 suffering from depression, an illness we never knew she battled. I have been down a road no parent ever wants to go down and on this journey I am trying to learn about mental health and depression. After Lindsey’s death Cindy and I started a self-directed endowment fund in honor of our amazing daughter.

November of 2015 we started Smiles Thru Lindsey Foundation to raise funds for mental health in our youth. In the short 2 years the foundation has raised close to $250,000 from many fund raising events that have been created by our business community. We will continue to finance programs that will impact our youth that have suffered this illness alone because of the many stigmas surrounding this topic.

Recently we have given $10,000 to the Catholic Schools for mental Health First Aid and just yesterday donated $10,000 to public schools for resources to help students from K- Grade 5. I will continue to advocate the Government to implement and direct health care dollars to mental health.

Jab, cross, hook, uppercut! Chantal Wagner can be seen at the CLC Fitness Centre in Olds encouraging class members to get their best workouts in! She is able to do this while also having a full-time job as the morning news anchor at the radio stations: 96.5 CKFM - All Hit Country and Rock 104 in Olds, Alberta.

Originally from Saskatchewan she moved to Olds in November 2013 for the news position at the stations.

Chantal went from kickboxing class participant to instructor after kickboxing for one year with All About You Fitness & Yoga by Jamie-Dee and at the CLC Fitness Centre. She enjoyed the workouts so much she took the leap and decided to take the Fitness Kickboxing Canada certification course which happened to be coming to Olds in June 2017! She also loved the cycle workouts offered at the CLC and then received her AFLCA cycle certification a couple months later in the fall. Chantal also has a resistance training course she's planning to take in the spring.

Chantal has been instructing classes at the CLC Fitness Centre since September 2017. Her classes include, kickboxing, kick-it, and indoor cycle express.

During her time with the CLC, she also has the opportunity to instruct Olds College Broncos teams on their training days with kickboxing and cycle sessions, thanks to their trainers Drew Taddia and Dorothy Keith with TRUE FORM.

Chantal is grateful for all the amazing people in Olds and area, and for the many opportunities!
