Releasing anger is such an important subject when it comes to reducing stress and our quality of life. Many of us carry around deep, deep anger for our entire lives. We could be mad at a parent a spouse, or a situation from years past. It's essential to our health to figure out how to release this anger and move on in our lives.

There's a lot of women out there that still don't take their finances in their own hands, there's many men that do the same for that matter. But I really wanted to dig down to the root of the issue and find some financial freedom for women so I asked Barbara Stanny to come on and explain how she found her success.
Now Barbara has an incredible story where she basically was in fear of money and turned all that around by taking control of her finances, life and now teaching financial freedom from women.
